Nature of This Resource

This is a private reference website. It is not part of Chickasaw County, the Chickasaw County Sheriff’s Department, the regional correctional facility, the Mississippi Department of Corrections, the Parole Board, or any federal agency. It stores no official government record and cannot verify custody, order a release, accept bond, file a court paper, or change an agency record.

The site organizes links and explanatory material about Chickasaw County and Mississippi inmate, release, court, supervision, and facility resources. Some features connect visitors to independent research tools. Those tools operate separately and are governed by their own terms.

Acceptable Use Rules

Access is conditioned on responsible and lawful conduct. A visitor agrees not to:

• Break any applicable local, state, or federal law through use of the site
• Use information to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass another person
• Base hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar eligibility decisions on site content

No Consumer Reporting Service

Chickasaw County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not produce background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising partners do not provide screening services through this site. Every visitor agrees not to use site content or linked search results for:

• Decisions to hire, retain, discipline, or dismiss a worker
• Tenant selection or any other housing decision
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance premiums
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program
• Any other decision regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act

Links Operate Independently

A link is offered for navigation, not as a promise or endorsement. We do not control the destination’s content, privacy practices, terms, data handling, price, or availability. Service Provided As Is

All material and features are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, no express or implied warranty is made concerning:

Nothing displayed here is an official statement by the Chickasaw County Sheriff’s Department, MDOC, a court, or any other government authority. The originating office must confirm the record.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chickasaw County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from access to, inability to access, reliance on, or use of the site or an outside service. This limit applies even if the possibility of loss was known.

User Indemnity Duty

No one may reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, alter, or create derivative work from protected material without prior written permission or a right granted by law.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. New wording becomes effective when it is posted here. Continued use after an update means the visitor accepts the revised terms.

Access May Be Revoked

We may restrict, suspend, or end access to all or part of the site at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice. This authority includes action taken to protect security, enforce these terms, or preserve service for other visitors.

Mississippi Law Controls

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that must be filed in court shall be brought in a court of proper jurisdiction located within Mississippi.

Remaining Terms Stay Effective

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected language will be limited or adjusted only to the extent needed to make it valid and enforceable.
